The classic version of Eleven Madison Park granola is made with nuts, seeds and spices but feel free to swap in your favorite seasonal fruit. For sweetener, use maple syrup. I love Fort Hamilton's maple syrup. They age it in their bourbon barrels, which gives it a hint of smoke and salted caramel to balance out the sweetness!
