Actually there's an interesting feature with Shadowheart's early access character model. It's much more noticeable when using mods that allow her to have different hair models. Her headband does not remain outside her hair and fluctuates slightly in position drifting slightly closer to and further away from her face (as if it's breathing).

For me she changed her hair during the long rest right after partial ceremorphosis. I wasn't sure if she meant the hair or the rest of her new look.
