Blight resist in the Weald is higher than bleed so you definitely want to prioritize bleed over blight, but blight can work in a pinch. Highest base resist for blight (Not including champion monsters) is 60%, which isn't too bad. Hellions usually thrive in The Weald. Equip "If It Bleeds" and "Barbaric YAWP" and you're golden.
