This is a sample car for SUNY Poly's 3D Printed Pinewood Derby Competition. The car fits all the rules and regulations for the event and can be used by individuals/teams if they so choose, although it's highly recommended to either modify or design your own car. I made the axel holes the exact diameter of the nails being used and the axels for the car were able to be press-fitted into the axel.

I used old wheels and nails from other Pinewood Derby cars I had around the house, but you can purchase the kit from a variety of places or even find 3D models of the wheels and axles online. (3D-printed wheels might work with a bit of sanding.) Once the car is printed, the nails can be pushed into the holes for a snug friction fit.
