If you want the sauce even more silky, you can add the remaining pasta water in some increments. Stir in the corn kernels and the crispy bacon.

Transfer the corn mixture to a blender along with 1/2 cup pasta cooking water and blend until smooth and the consistency of pasta sauce. Add the sauce back to the skillet along with 1/2 cup.
