Fill major dings with epoxy putty. Find some high gloss spray paint that's the same color as the board and use it to touch up. That's all you need to do. That's the quick and dirty way. I'd sand it, qcell fill it, sand, patch it, glass it, sand, one more coat, then a final sand.
