In a large pot over medium-high heat cook meats until browned, about 10 minutes; drain fat. Stir in cherry peppers and chillies and cook 3 minutes longer. Stir in tomatoes and liquid, tomato paste, water, chili powder, onion powder, coriander, white and cayenne pepper. Heat to boiling; reduce heat, cover and simmer, 15 minutes.

Instructions. In a large pot, cook ground beef and sausage until browned. To the same pot, add onion, garlic and peppers. Sauté until tender, about 3-5 minutes. To the pot, add the drained and rinsed beans, Rotel, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, 1 can of tomato paste, bay leaves, chili powder and cumin. Mix thoroughly.

Stir in the garlic and parsley. Add mixture to bean mixture. Using the same skillet, melt the butter and saute beef and pork chuck until browned. Drain. Add to bean mixture along with the chili powder, salt, pepper and cumin. Bring mixture just to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered, for one hour.
