Shred goose. In large pot add 5 cup of homemade broth, add shredded goose meat and barley and 1/2 tsp salt. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Add corn, green beans (w/half of water from can), tomato sauce, tomatoes, celery, bouillon cube and pepper to taste. Season to taste if needed: pepper, thyme and onion salt.

When the barley is done, add it to the broth. Put a can of white beans into the soup (I drain most of the liquid from it). Salt, pepper to taste.
