Directions. Preheat the grill to medium and wipe down the grates with oil. Stem and wash the tomatoes. Slice each tomato in half. Drizzle each half with zesty Italian salad dressing. Instructions. In a small saucepan, add olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and dried oregano. Heat over low-medium heat, just so you can see little bubbles forming around the garlic. Wash tomatoes and cut off the lid. Core the tomatoes, season with salt and pepper. Preheat a grill to high heat. Slice the tomatoes into 1/2 inch slices. You can seed the tomatoes but it is optional, I left mine with the seeds. Drizzle with olive oil. To be extra careful when removing, I use a metal fish Spatula to gently scrape a little and then lift. Flip the tomatoes over and lay the mozzarella on top . Let the cheese melt and then place on a platter. Drizzle with Olive oil and balsamic glaze and then sprinkle with sea salt and pepper. Top with baby greens and enjoy.
