Oh man, that garlic herb sauce sent that chopped steak to another level. The two sides that accompanied my order were the Caesar Salad and Fire-Grilled Corn on the Cob, ripe summer corn grilled on an open flame, brushed with Mexican crema sauce and topped with seasoned Parmesan cheese, which was phenomenal.
