Brontosaurus Rib. Beef ribs in New York generally suck. They usually have too much rub on them, and require an awful amount of much work for an unsatisfying amount of meat. Not at Mighty Quinn's. There is no question in my mind that this is the single best beef rib that's ever crossed the George Washington Bridge.

Tried them for the 1st time recently. Portions are decent for the price. Got the 2 meat platter, Ribs and Burnt Ends (addt'l $2.50) with a side of Cornbread. The ribs were good and tender, but could've used a little more rub in my opinion. The burnt ends were subpar, very soft, a bit on the sweet side and tasted more like stew beef.
