Customer service is great, delivery a bit slow but unfortunately the razor itself is rubbish. The handle is a nice quality but the blades are blunt and the don't deliver a close shave as the blade is bulky and can't reach all areas. Blades get very sticky and gooey when wet. The choices are Blush (pastel pink), Cloud (light grey), Space (pastel lilac), Peach (pastel… peach) or Lemonade (pastel yellow). All very pretty, minimal colours, in keeping with their Scandi theme. I chose Space as purple is one of my favourite colours. My Estrid package arrived within 3-4 weeks, which was absolutely fine for me.
