Il parco nazionale del Gargano è un parco nazionale istituito dalla legge n. 394 del 6 dicembre 1991. Il territorio (118.144 ha) si trova in Puglia e precisamente nell'estrema parte nord-orientale, spesso definita " Sperone d'Italia ", interamente in Provincia di Foggia , con l'Ente Parco che è situato a Monte Sant'Angelo .
