Preheat the oven to 400º. Line 12 cup muffin tin with paper muffin cups or grease well. Juice your orange and remove any seeds if necessary. Pour the orange juice into a large glass measuring cup or a bowl and pour in enough buttermilk to make 1 cup. Whisk in the eggs, honey, and melted butter.

In a mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar until creamy. Add the vanilla and eggs and beat again. Sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add alternately with the milk and ¾ cup orange juice until combined. Do not over mix. Stir in the blueberries and orange zest by hand.
