How to Make a Pear Martini. To make the best martini, you'll need a cocktail shaker. Fill the cocktail shaker with ice and add the pear vodka, St. Germain, lemon juice, and bitters. Give it a nice shake, and then strain it into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a slice of fresh pear.

This syrup will keep in the fridge for up to 3 weeks. Roasted Pear Martini. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the pear puree, gin or vodka, dry vermouth, lemon juice, and the cardamom syrup. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a brûlée pear (** see recipe notes) if using.
