Fattoush is a Lebanese bread salad made with a combination of fresh lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, fresh herbs, and crunchy pita croutons in a lemony dressing. Our fattoush salad recipe is easy and is one of our favorite Middle Eastern recipes from our childhood.
