i definitely agree! when they were fixing the place up i knew that it wasn't gonna last. 1 week of teaching them food hygiene, properness, restaurant etiquette, etc.. isn't gonna wash away years of grossness, incompetence, & poor leadership. that's why many of the restaurants that were on kitchen nightmares fail a year or two after. they were already at the point of no return but were.
