May 16, 2008 #1 Slaanesh is probably one of the toughest of the four gods to convert. Therefore this thread is meant to be a collection of models suitable for a Slaanesh Daemonic Legion. I will post pictures and links here, and as you come up with more suggestions I'll add them to the list in the first post. Get' searching!

Legions of Slaanesh - Battle Tactic Stratagem As extensions of their patron deity, the daemons of Slaanesh salivate with undisguised desire at the thought of devouring Aeldari souls. Use this Stratagem in the Fight phase, when a LEGIONES DAEMONICA SLAANESH unit from your army is selected to fight.

Daemonettes of Slaanesh. Allurer: 125 points. Daemonette: 75 points. The Daemonettes are the cheapest unit of this warband, allowing to field several and play on numbers or simply fill the gaps. They are relatively fast to be infantry troops (5"), with low Toughness (3) and average wounds (10 or 15 for the leader).

4 Sources 5 Gallery Role Like all the Daemons of the Lord of Pain and Pleasure, Daemonettes are horrific and disturbing beings. No right-thinking creature should find beauty in these merciless killers, and yet these Daemons somehow transfix and beguile onlookers, bending them to their unspeakable will. [2a]

Court of Slaanesh. Unlike the other gods of Chaos, Slaanesh surrounds iself with a full court of powerful daemonette emissaries and handmaidens. These heralds of their god attend to their masters varied desires and whims but also manifest in the mortal world returning with morsels of intrigue to Slaanesh.

A cult of Slaanesh summoning a Daemonette. Slaanesh is the youngest of the Chaos Gods and alone of the Ruinous Powers, the Prince of Chaos is truly beautiful to behold by mortals. It is as seductive as only an immortal can be, disarming in its innocence, utterly beguiling in its manner and irresistibly tempting with its words.

Warhammer Fantasy Daemons of Chaos Slave to Slaanesh

2 Posted November 4, 2017 So. Daemonettes. The scions of Slaanesh. They're (to the best of my knowledge) a good unit, and more to the point they're the mainstay of a mono-Slaanesh Daemon force, unless you proxy another god's lesser Daemons somehow. However, their models, whilst not terrible, are far from the best.

Overview. Daemonettes appear as both beautiful and repulsive to those who look upon them. Their bewitching opal eyes and enchanting aura veil their androgynous features and grotesque claws, revealing an alluring appearance the beholder will always consider the epitome of beauty. Depending on the situation Daemonettes can be gracious and swift.

Herald of Slaanesh. Heralds of Slaanesh are the most privileged and favored Daemonettes by Slaanesh. They are Slaanesh's handmaidens and courtesans. Besides their role in the Lord of Pleasure's court, they are also the fastest and most deadly of their kind and can ride Seeker Chariots into battle. [1]

Overview. Sometimes a Daemonette, or even a strong mortal, will steal into Slaanesh's sacred pastures with the hope of capturing a steed to ride. The Daemonette must trap the creature by exploiting its natural curiosity of new experiences, or by capturing it while it's distracted drinking from the pasture's rivers of mother's milk or scented oils.

The Mantis Warriors from Raging Heroes are perfect Daemonettes alternatives. You can still find a few old models in online shops but I'd recommend waiting for the new models. The sculpt is really improved imho. I talked to them recently and the new models should be available soon-ish. Old models showcase (nsfw) New models preview (nsfw) 5

Alternative models for Seekers of Slaanesh I'm slowly building a daemon army for 40k, and I'm trying to replace certain models that I don't like from the range with interesting / cool-looking proxies. Unfortunately, all of the ant-eater based Slaanesh models are not my cup of tea so I'm trying to look elsewhere for inspiration.
