In a stand mixer with paddle attachment, or in a bowl with two forks, add the flour, oats, sugar, salt and cinnamon.

Sweeten the Deal: In a bowl, toss the blueberries with granulated sugar, lemon juice, and that vibrant lemon zest. Sprinkle in the cornstarch to thicken the berry mixture.
