Step 1: Take out a large bowl and dissolve 3 tsp of yeast in 1/4 cup of warm water. Step 2: Now, in another bowl, add 1 cup of lukewarm milk, 1/3 cup of sugar, ½ tsp of kosher salt, 2 eggs, and 2 cups of flour. Whisk all together very finely using an electric mixer or hand mixer. Step 3: Now, pour ½ of the mixture to the yeast mixture.
