It is a reliable, prolific, repeat bloomer, bearing boutinful clusters of lilac pink, densely doubled flowers begininning in mid spring and lasting until mid fall. Caldwell Pink has been designated an Earth-Kind rose by the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension for superior performance and pest resistance. Fairly drought tolerant, Caldwell Pink performs well in many soil conditions, i.e. thin, rocky, or clay-like. (Like all roses it prefers well-drained, amended soil).
