Fishing Reports 09/13/2023 09/13/23 Lower River: ~150cfs. The lower river has been dropping but holding around 100cfs with scattered storms bringing the flows up slightly. We have been seeing fish rise in the riffles and longer runs throughout the day especially in the afternoons. They seem to be keying in on small BWOs and midges on top.
