This is probably my personal favorite Whole30 approved ketchup. It's about the closest thing to Heinz as you can possibly get on Whole30. They have an organic unsweetened ketchup and a sugar free spicy ketchup, too, which I have yet to try but it's on my list! Ingredients: Organic Tomato Concentrate, Organic Balsamic, Less than 2% of Salt.


Easy Tomato Ketchup (Whole30 Paleo) Every Last Bite

Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit. Lightly grease baking sheet or loaf pan and set aside. In large bowl, whisk together eggs, coconut aminos, ketchup, salt, pepper, ground mustard, and garlic powder, until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Add both pounds of ground beef, almond flour, and diced onion to bowl.

garlic powder: You can also substitute granulated garlic or even minced garlic. smoked paprika: provides smokiness and heat. If you prefer to keep your ketchup on the less smoky side, substitute mild chili powder or sweet paprika. If you want it hotter, use extra smoked paprika, or add a touch of cayenne in addition to the smoked paprika.

1/4 cup water. 1/2 tsp onion powder. 1/2 tsp black pepper. 1/4 tsp cinnamon*. Instructions: Chop up your date into small pieces (possibly unnecessary, but I did it because I felt like it made it easier on the food processor and enabled the date to spread across everything easier). Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.

5 dates pitted and chopped (replace with Brown Swerve for keto. Brown Swerve is not Whole30-compliant) 6 oz. tomato paste. 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar. ½ c. chicken broth replace with vegetable broth for vegan/vegetarian. 1 tsp. garlic powder. 1 tsp. onion powder. 1 tsp. salt. ½ tsp. cayenne pepper optional.

After 20 minutes, remove and spread 1/4-1/3 cup of the ketchup over the top of the loaf, return to oven and continue to bake for 40-45 more minutes until center is cooked (an internal temp of 160 degrees F) Allow the loaf to rest for 10 minutes or so, then slice and serve, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
