The Mochi was soft and ice cream was not extremely sweet which a good balance to the Mochi. I tried multiple flavors, including cookies and cream, matcha, and birthday cake. I will say, they had a special going on for buy 4 get 1 free, however they didn't honor it and the employee didn't offer the special, which was a bummer; hence my 4 star.
